Customized Item Return Policy

At Posh House Furniture, we take pride in offering customized, made-to-order pieces tailored to your style and space. While we want every customer to be completely satisfied, we do have certain policies in place regarding returns, exchanges, and cancellations for customized items.

Customized Items

Customized items are made specifically to your preferences and are not eligible for returns or refunds. If an issue arises with a customized product (such as a manufacturing defect or error), we will gladly fix or correct the issue.

Note:
If the size remains the same and only the color is customized, the item is considered a customizable product and falls under this policy.

General Return & Exchange Policy

While we strive for your complete satisfaction, we do have a few limitations to our return policy to maintain fairness and product integrity:

  • Assembled products cannot be exchanged unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect, at the sole discretion of Posh House Furniture.

  • Returns are only accepted if the product is in new, unused condition with original packaging.

  • Items with scratches, stains, damages, drilling, or any form of modification are not eligible for return.

Important:

Customers must inspect and check their items within 24 hours of delivery, while maintaining original packaging. Failing to do so waives eligibility for return, exchange, or claims for damage.

Non-Refundable Purchases

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Assembled or disassembled items

  • Opened sofas, beds, installed MDF furniture

  • Used bedding (bed linens, duvets, pillows, pillow-tops)

  • Any mattress or upholstered products without a law label

  • Made-to-measure (customized) items

  • Modified, altered, or washed items

  • Posh House Furniture gift cards.

We reserve the right to request picture identification and to refuse a return or exchange at any time.

Item Specifications

Due to ongoing sourcing of raw materials, slight variations in color, texture, or finishing may occur between different batches of the same product. Orders placed at different times may show slight differences as manufacturing techniques evolve.

Cancellations

  1. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing an order (whether online or via a sales agent).

  2. After 24 hours, cancellation will incur bank charges (5%), and no cancellations are accepted for customized orders.

  3. If an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Process

  1. Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 working days of a confirmed cancellation.

  2. A 5% deduction applies for bank charges.

  3. Refunds are not available for customized items.

If a delay occurs in the delivery time previously confirmed by our sales experts, cancellation of undelivered items is possible by contacting customer service.

Delivery & Pickup Charges

If a return is processed without a valid reason (as confirmed by us), original delivery fees will be deducted from the refund.
For orders where shipping was free, a minimum pickup charge of AED 150 will apply.

Important Notice: Notify Within 24 Hours

Customers must report any issues within 24 hours of receiving the product. Claims or return requests made after this period will not be accepted, and customized items remain non-returnable.
