Return & Refund Policy

At PoshHouse Furniture, your satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes an item may need to be returned — no worries, we’re here to help!

We’re transparent about our products and services, with no hidden fees or surprises. While a few limitations apply to our returns policy, we believe they are fair and reasonable.


Customized Item Return Policy

For customized products, we do not accept returns or refunds. However, if you notice any defect or issue, our team will repair or fix it.
Products customized by size or color are considered non-returnable, but repair services will be provided if necessary.

Assembled items can only be exchanged if there is a verified manufacturing defect, as determined by PoshHouse Furniture Trading LLC.
To qualify for return, the product must be in unused, new condition, and in its original packaging.
Products showing scratches, stains, damage, drilling, or modifications will not be accepted for return.


Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are required to open and inspect all products within 24 hours of delivery while maintaining original packaging.
If inspection is not done within this timeframe, PoshHouse Furniture Trading LLC cannot be held responsible for any defects or damages, and the item will not be eligible for return.


Non-Refundable Purchases

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Assembled or disassembled products

  • Opened sofas, beds, or installed MDF furniture

  • Used bedding (bed linens, duvets, pillows, pillow tops)

  • Mattresses or upholstered goods without a law label

  • Custom-made or made-to-order products

  • Products that have been altered, modified, or washed

PoshHouse Furniture Trading LLC reserves the right to decline a return or exchange and may request photo identification for verification.


Product Specifications

Please note that new shipments of raw materials may lead to slight variations in color, texture, or finish.
If you place separate orders for the same product at different times, minor differences may occur due to continuous improvements in manufacturing processes.


Mode of Return & Refunds

Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7 working days from the date of cancellation.
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same account.
Please note that this process may take additional time depending on your bank.


Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (online or through a sales representative).
After 24 hours, bank charges (5%) will be deducted from the total amount.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.


Special Orders

All made-to-order or custom-designed products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Delivery & Pickup Charges

If a return is accepted without a valid reason, the original delivery charge will be deducted.
For products that were shipped with free delivery, a minimum pickup charge of AED 300 will apply.


Return Notification

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you wish to initiate a return or report a defect.
After 24 hours, we will not be able to accept returns, and customized items remain non-returnable.


Refund Process

If your order delivery takes longer than initially communicated by our sales team, you may cancel the order within 24 hours of placement or confirmation.
A 95% refund will be issued to your bank account within 7 working days, with 5% retained for bank charges.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
Customized products remain non-refundable and non-cancellable.
