Our Products
All furniture sold by Posh House Furniture is brand new and unused.
We strive to present product colors, dimensions, and images as accurately as possible. However, please be aware that slight variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, and manufacturing processes.
If you have any concerns or specific requirements, kindly confirm all product details with our team before placing your order.
Full payment is required before the ownership of goods transfers to the customer.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer two types of delivery services:
Standard Delivery:
Our team will deliver the item to your home, unpack, assemble it in your selected space, and remove the packaging.Basic Delivery:
The item will be delivered to your doorstep or building entrance. You will be responsible for moving and assembling the item.
Delivery Timeframes:
Regular Orders: 8 working days
MDF Custom Items: 8–10 working days
Delivery Charges:
Free delivery within the UAE, except for certain restricted or remote areas.
Promotional Offer:
Orders above AED 3000: Free delivery
Orders below AED 3000:
Abu Dhabi: AED 300
Fujairah: AED 250
Ras Al Khaimah: AED 200
Additional charges may apply for deliveries to remote or special-access areas.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 1 business day free of charge.
Cancellations made after this period will follow our standard cancellation policy.
For orders paid via Tabby or similar services, a 7% cancellation fee applies after the 1-day window.
Damages & Repairs
At Posh House Furniture, we take great care to ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.
Any damages must be reported within 3 working days of delivery.
Customized items are not returnable, but we offer repairs if necessary.
If any issues or damages are noticed at the time of delivery, our team will repair or replace the affected parts at no extra cost.
Important Notes
Colors, textures, and finishes may appear slightly different in person compared to photos. Please review product details carefully and contact us if clarification is needed.
We strongly advise you to measure your space before ordering. If an item cannot be accommodated and a return is requested, our cancellation and return policies will apply.
While we aim for complete accuracy, occasional errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. In such cases, we reserve the right to correct the issue, contact you for instructions, or cancel the order.
